1. Planning and Scheduling System and Control
- For Planning & Scheduling, we use MS project / Primavera Software program which has been extensively used on various Projects executed by us.
- Our to take up the the execution of large project stems from our large resources.
- a. Competent, experiences and large pool of technical and commercial Manpower with gulf experience.
- b. Experience of handling many projects as attached.
- c. Time-bound execution of large projects.
- d. A fully established Quality Assurance / Quality Controlled department with In-house Quality Manual for individual trades (Air-conditioning)
